The event
The Client Payroll Briefing is a virtual event taking place on Thursday 12 November 2026, 9:30am–1:00pm GMT. Virtual event hosted on Airmeet. It is organised by Your Payroll Team Ltd.
Registering for a place
Submitting the registration form is a request for a place, not a confirmation. Every registration is reviewed by the organisers. Attendance is intended for payroll bureau owners and people working in client payroll; anyone else may submit a request to attend with a short reason. We will tell you by email whether your place is confirmed, waitlisted or declined, and we may decline a registration without giving a reason.
Recording and AI note-taking
To protect the confidentiality of the discussion, recording, filming, smart glasses and AI note-taking devices or apps are not permitted unless the organisers have given prior written authorisation. If you need an exception, please contact the organisers before the event.
By registering you agree not to record, film, stream or transcribe any part of the event, and not to use smart glasses or AI note-taking apps, bots or devices, unless we have given you written authorisation in advance. We may remove attendees who do not follow this policy.
Conduct
We expect professional, respectful behaviour in sessions, chat and networking rooms. Content shared during sessions is provided for general information and is not professional, legal or tax advice.
Changes and cancellation
We may change the agenda, speakers or timings, or cancel or reschedule the event. If we cancel, we will contact registered attendees at the email address they provided.
